When interacting with our platform or submitting content:

  • 3.2 Do not post content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or promotes violence.

While we strive to provide high-quality education, we make no guarantees about employment outcomes, salary levels, or career advancement resulting from course completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppForge Academy shall not be liable for:

  • 7.1 Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
  • 7.2 Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • 7.3 Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or content.
  • 7.4 Any conduct or content of third parties using our services.
  • 7.5 Interruptions, delays, or errors in service delivery.

In any event, our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AppForge Academy for the specific course or service giving rise to the liability within the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Exclusion of Consequential Damages

Under no circumstances shall AppForge Academy be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Force Majeure

AppForge Academy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, power failures, or internet service disruptions.

11. Jurisdiction
